Letting go

It all started this morning, when I opened the coconut oil jar for breakfast to only see that it had frozen. For me, this simply means the summer is preparing to go away. Then I thought about what else had happened these days. I recalled something very beautiful and important at the same time. A woman who has influenced me very much in my path of transformation joined the light yesterday as Yoda would have said about what happens when a person dies. All friends, followers, and supporters of Louise Hay like me are clear that her main message to us all now applies with the greatest strength. And, because there no such thing as coincidence, I decided to write down something about

Letting go

I am farthest from the idea of copying and pasting theories how to let go the thoughts of an event, the presence of a toxic person, and others of that kind. The Buddhism rests mainly upon the concept that the focus of one's life is here and now, and letting go the thought of the past and the plans for the future. According to this idea, when we enjoy the present, we truly live.

Then, when the seasons change, we inevitably let go everything that's over and enjoy what's ahead. With no expectations and no prejudices, to save us from the greatest disappointments that the future may bring us.

Imagine a bottle of water. It could weigh 1 - 2 - 3 oz. It doesn’t matter. Here’s an

experiment.

Hold this bottle in your hand reaching out, away from you body or anything to rest on. Try this for half an hour and your hand will probably go numb, but that's not all. Imagine holding the bottle for hours. A day? How about several years? Your hand will surely paralyze. That would hurt. This is how we get sick holding on to our problems in life. The easiest solution is simply letting them go. Let go and be free

The reason I mention all that as a great psychological exercise is because this begins the transformation for freeing from the

Extra pounds.

People with too much to bear usually carry the burden of the past with all the disadvantages. Some of the people I work with show remarkable results in this direction. Without digging in for the root cause, the introduction of exercises, mindful eating of a homemade food and less stress achieved by a proper meditation practice are rewarded with results in their 6-month programs with 10 and 30 lb. weight loss.

It takes strength to break away sedentary lifestyle, especially as the years go by. The age, however, is far from being factor for the extra pounds, so I watch with great sadness that adolescents choose this way of life, mimicking what’s seen at home. The apparent lack of choice is an aggravating circumstance, and when it comes to questioning,

What children eat

In educational facilities. I have addressed the topic many times and I hope to have awakened your interest. The sugar in processed foods is the drug massively pumped in foods that target adolescents most often.

Finally, on the last day of August I’d ask what the summer has brought to you and how difficult is it to let go of it in the end?
