The Wheat Regimen

In February, nature is in hibernation and we need to cleanse our body physically and spiritually so we would absorb prana, which is abundant in the early spring. February is the most appropriate period for cleansing the body. As January is all too early--the weather conditions are often very harsh, which could exhaust the body--and March is already late for the temperate climate zone (Northern hemisphere)

 

PREPARATION

Every day shall eat:

  • 100 grams of wheat (it contains all the elements essential to sustain life);
  • Three apples (for the heart); 
  • Nine walnuts (for the brain);
  • Honey (for blood)
  • A lemon;
  • Minimum 1.5 liters of boiled water (kept warm);

We need to find the best and healthiest fruits, water from a clean source such as mountain spring (never use tap water because of the chlorination and other additives). The mineral water isn't recommended either because it is rich in trace minerals depending on its origin.

Necessary products:

What you need for 10 days is (your shopping list)

 

  • 1 kg of peeled wheat;
  • 30 apples;
  • 90 walnuts;
  • 1 jar of honey (700-800 g);
  • 10 lemons; and
  • water without limits;
  • a 1-liter thermos

On the eve before the first day, rinse well 100 g of wheat and pour it with boiling water in the thermos. Close the lid tight and let it sit until the morning.

 

In the morning of the first day say aloud the following once:

"Dear Lord, take me to Nature's clinic for ten days."

After getting up and the bathroom break, drain carefully the hot wheat water to a jug. Add lemon juice and honey to your liking and drink it while it is warm (and it is). One of the ways to sweeten the wheat water is to stick some honey on your palate and then drink.

Breakfast: an hour after drinking the water have ⅓ from the soaked wheat with 1 apple and 3 walnuts. Chew well and do not rush; feel the taste of your food. You do not want your stomach to rebel, do you?

For lunch and dinner, repeat the breakfast routine. Have two cups of boiled water (with honey and lemon to your liking) one hour to it.

Following the fifth day, the cells in the body begin to rejuvenate - the blood, liver, stomach and skin are the first to "figure that out".

On the tenth day at lunch, begin the fasting termination by introducing the Angel soup (seasoned with a pinch of salt) in addition to the wheat, the apples and walnuts.

 

ADDITIONAL EXPLANATIONS

Rinse very well 100 g of wheat on the previous evening. Use spoon to put it in a heat-preserving one-liter thermos. Top it up with boiling water as high as the neck of the thermos, close it tight to cut the air off the wheat. In the morning,  gently drain the water only from the thermos and drink half--to an hour before breakfast, adding honey and lemon to your taste. You need to keep this wheat water for a while in your mouth as if "chewing" it rather than swallowing it fast. In fact, it is because it's extremely potent and a concentrated food. The wheat water is also a very strong cure for nerves. The wheat water has this healing powers only in the case the wheat is peeled. If the wheat is whole, the water cannot penetrate the grain through the shell and it lacks the wheat vital force.

Divide the soaked wheat into three portion for breakfast, lunch and dinner and keep them air tight in the well-closed thermos for freshness and best taste state and nutrition. On every meal eat a third of the soaked wheat, one apple and three walnuts.

It's recommended to drink 2 good cups of boiled water with honey and lemon up to an hour prior to the meals. In the morning this would be the wheat water. If you don't drink enough water, the body would dehydrated and the wheat regimen is very difficult. So drink boiled, warm water as much as possible and avoid cold or refrigerated water.

It's of utmost necessity, during the 10 days of the wheat regimen to become PEOPLE of the SUN and not to let any negative thoughts and feelings in, and to consciously do good and noble actions.

 

FASTING TERMINATION

It begins on the tenth day at lunch. Add angel soup, seasoned with a pinch of salt, to the rest of the meal.

Prepare the Angel soup by boiling some peeled whole potatoes with a pinch of salt. Add parsley and pepper to your liking once off the heat. The amounts of potatoes is not important and is totally up to you. Be mindful on the days following the wheat regimen not to overeat while switching to the usual diet. Do this smoothly and gradually, in harmony with the inner sense and sense of moderation.

The 2018 wheat regimen starts on 2 February 2018, Friday and ends on 11 February 2018, Sunday.
