Ingredients
For the cream
- 2 avocados
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp. coconut oil
- ⅓ cup honey
- pinch of salt
- Vanilla or rum for flavor
For the cake
- 3 cups grounded walnuts
- 12 dried dates, soaked
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 tbsp. coconut shavings
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp stevia
For decoration
- 20 berries
- 30 cherries
- 3 tbsp. coconut shavings
Directions
- Mix well the cake ingredients to a paste-like matter.
- Pour the mixture into a cake pan, using potato masher to compact it and cool down for an hours;
- Place the cream ingredients in a blender and process until homogeneous;
- Place the solid cake on a plate and cover with the chocolate cream;
- Decorated with fruits and coconut shavings;
- Store in the frige.
