A great alternative to your favorite vegan dishes, where -- with no reason at all -- they end up saying, "Sprinkle with Parmesan to taste". It may easily be used instead of grated Parmesan cheese for your vegan Pesto sauce.
Ingredients
120 g of hemp seed;
60 nutritional yeast;
½ tsp garlic powder;
½ tsp onion powder;
¼ tsp fine salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients well;
Add more salt if desired for a more pronounced taste;
Store at room temperature in a tightly closed container for up to 3 months.
