Ingredients
- 100 g of fine oatmeal;
- 4 tbsp. chickpea flour;
- 50 g of rice;
- 1 potato or a small head of celery
- 1 carrot;
- 1 bunch parsley;
- 2-3 stalks of green onions;
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil;
- 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs;
- salt, black pepper and paprika to taste
Directions
- Prepare "minced meat" with the flour, oats, 1 dices onion, salt and pepper and a little water. Then form the balls;
- Preheat some olive oil in a pan;
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs and fry the balls for few minutes;
- Stew the finely chopped vegetables in olive oil (use the obe from frying the balls), salt, spices and a little water;
- When they are soft, add a liter of water and boil and add the balls;
- Let them simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes;
- Serve with fresh parsley and / or hot paprika if desired.
