In a suitable bowl, mix the ground meat with salt, egg, black and red pepper, savory, 1-2 tsp. mustard, chopped onion and leave it in the refrigerator to absorb the spices for 2 hours;
From the minced meat form 4 meatballs of appropriate size;
Preheat oven (grill) to maximum temperature;
Bake the meatballs for 5-6 minutes (on each side).
Garnish:
Wash the lettuce and set aside to dry;
Slice the tomatoes, onions and pickles;
Combine in sour cream, 2 tsp. mustard and 1-2 tbsp. pickle marinade;
Cut the buns in half and toast them for 1-2 minutes.
