Spring garlic and tomato risotto

Ingredients
300 g brown rice;
2
small
onions;
300 g cherry tomatoes;
50 ml white wine;
a pinch of saffron;
3 tbsp olive oil;
1 tsp salt;
1 tsp dry ground thyme;
green leaves of 5-6 sticks spring garlic;
1 l water
Directions
Chop onions and stew with wine and olive oil;
When the onions soften, add the
saffron, salt
1l of boiling water and
the washed rice;
When it boils, reduce heat and let it simmer covered;
Chop the garlic leaves and slice the tomatoes
Just before the end add tomatoes, thyme, garlic and stir.
