What goes well with:
spread on toasted bread or ciabatta;
as a dip for raw vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, peppers);
as a garnish for roasted vegetables or potatoes;
for stuffing tomatoes, peppers or zucchini

Ingredients
200 g fresh ricotta;
2 tbsp olive oil;
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh herbs (dill, parsley, basil, chives, mint — optional);
2 tbsp Greek yogurt;
1 small clove garlic;
¼ tsp salt;
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper;
zest of ½ lemon (grated) or a few drops of lemon juice.
Directions
Prepare the spices (finely chop), lemon (grated zest) and garlic (clean and press);
In a bowl, place the ricotta and yogurt and whisk until fluffy and light;
Add the olive oil, spices, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Mix carefully;
Add salt/acid if necessary;
Serve in a small bowl, garnished with a bit more of olive oil on top;
Store in a box, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
