Ingredients
- 1 kg of sweet potatoes (2-3 sweet potatoes);
- 4-5 tbsp olive oil;
- 1 tbsp. pink pepper, ground;
- 3-4 tbsp. dried basil;
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 420℉
- Peel and cut each potato lengthwise into 5-7 mm chips;
- In a suitable container, mix the spices and salt and in portions, roll the cod potatoes in this mixture;
- Spread the potatoes on baking paper and spray with olive oil;
- Bake for 15-20 minutes on one side, then turn them over and bake for the same amount on the other side;
- Serve the potatoes warm or at room temperature with hummus or mayonnaise.
