Ingredients
- 2 cups of your favorite milk;
- ½ tsp turmeric;
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice;
- 4 dates;
- 1 cup frozen cranberries;
- 2 cups free pumpkin purée (cooked pumpkin).
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender;
- Blend until smooth;
- Garnish with cream and/or nuts.
