Ingredients

  • 2 cups of your favorite milk;
  • ½ tsp turmeric;
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice;
  • 4 dates;
  • 1 cup frozen cranberries;
  • 2 cups free pumpkin purée (cooked pumpkin).

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender;
  • Blend until smooth;
  • Garnish with cream and/or nuts.
