Ingredients
- ½ kg of ripe peaches;
- ½-⅔ l unsweetened [nut] milk;
- 4 tbsp. honey (optional);
- ice cubes
Directions
- Rinse, peel and roughly chop the peaches;
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor;
- Blend well on high speed;
- Strain through a strainer if desired. Don’t forget to use the remaining peach pulp and skin for your favorite raw cake or candy;
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Alternatively:
- Replace the honey and ice cubes with 4 scoops of your favorite ice cream in case your blender cannot crush ice.
- Replace the peaches with apricots, watermelon, cantaloupe, or plums to your taste.
