Ingredients
- 500 g frozen peas
- 1 l water
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cayanne pepper
- ½ tsp. cumin
- ½ tsp. turmeric
- ½ tsp. sweet curry
- ½ tsp. ginger powder
- sea salt to taste
- fresh dill to taste
Directions
- Steam to soft the chopped onion with oil and water;
- At hot water and bring to boil;
- At unfrozen peas;
- Bring to boil and out salt garlic and condiments;
- Reduce heat and simmer covered;
- When the peas are soft remove from heat;
- Process to purée;
- Serve with freshly chopped dill
Notes
- Use spicy condiments to taste;
- When available fresh pea is preferable
