Ingredients
- 4 kg linden flower;
- 4 liters of water;
- 6 sachets of citric acid;
- 5 kg of sugar
Directions
- Boil water;
- Put the linden flowers and citric acid in a suitable container and fill it up with boiling water;
- Leave them like this for 48 hours. Stir occasionally;
- Strain the linden water and add sugar to it until it dissolves;
- Boil the syrup lightly, pour it into dry heated containers and seal immediately;
- Store in cool and dry place;
- Consume linden flower syrup diluted in still or gassed water
