Open the probiotic capsule and mix thoroughly its contents with inulin and 2 tbsp of milk in a container, creating a paste-like substance;
Add the remaining milk and mix well;
Distribute the mixture evenly among the yogurt maker containers;
Place the filled containers in the yogurt maker;
Pour water into the yogurt maker as high as it's just above the mixture in the containers;
Set the yogurt maker to 37℃ for 36 hours;
When the time’s up, remove the containers and refrigerate for a few hours to cool.
Enjoy a cup of your homemade L. reuteri yogurt daily.
