  • Milk pot with double walls;
  • Mixing container;
  • Yogurt maker.

Directions

  1. Boil the milk and set it aside to cool down;
  2. Open the probiotic capsule and mix thoroughly its contents with inulin and 2 tbsp of milk in a container, creating a paste-like substance;
  3. Add the remaining milk and mix well;
  4. Distribute the mixture evenly among the yogurt maker containers;
  5. Place the filled containers in the yogurt maker;
  6. Pour water into the yogurt maker as high as it's just above the mixture in the containers;
  7. Set the yogurt maker to 37℃ for 36 hours;
  8. When the time’s up, remove the containers and refrigerate for a few hours to cool.
  9. Enjoy a cup of your homemade L. reuteri yogurt daily.

Notes

Enjoy your yogurt plain, with berries, or your preferred sweetener. This can be a delicious way to obtain beneficial postbiotics and support gut microbiome diversity.
