Ingredients
- 1l full cream milk;
- 200 g dark chocolate (70% or more);
- 2 tsp sugar;
- 2 cinnamon sticks;
- 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder;
- 2 tsp vanilla essence;
- pinch of salt
Directions
- Put the milk in a suitable pan and the cinnamon sticks and vanila essence to it.
- Bring the milk to boil and reduce the heat to minimum to simmer for 10 minutes;
- Ditch the cinnamon sticks, add the raw cocoa powder to the milk, and mix well;
- Filter the milk and add the salt and sugar to it;
- Put the pan with the milk to minimum heat and add the chocolate in until it melts;
- If desired, leave the heat on until desired thickness achived.
