Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1l full cream milk;
  • 200 g dark chocolate (70% or more);
  • 2 tsp sugar;
  • 2 cinnamon sticks;
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder;
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence;
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Put the milk in a suitable pan and the cinnamon sticks and vanila essence to it.
  2. Bring the milk to boil and reduce the heat to minimum to simmer for 10 minutes;
  3. Ditch the cinnamon sticks, add the raw cocoa powder to the milk, and mix well;
  4. Filter the milk and add the salt and sugar to it;
  5. Put the pan with the milk to minimum heat and add the chocolate in until it melts;
  6. If desired, leave the heat on until desired thickness achived.
