Hake fillet in cream sauce

Ingredients
- 1 kg hake fillet;
- 3 onions;
- 2 cups white wine;
- 40 g of unsalted butter;
- 50 g of almond meal;
- 1 tbsp. mustard;
- a few sticks of parsley, finely chopped;
- ½ tbsp. ground black pepper;
- 200 g sour cream;
- salt to taste;
- 5 bay leaves;
- 10 grains of pepper
Directions
- Marinate the fish for 30 minutes in 1 cup of white wine, salt, bay leaf, and allspice;
- Preheat the oven to 300℉;
- In a container, mix cream, mustard, black pepper, salt, 1 cup of wine, and ground almonds;
- Heat the oil in a pan and briefly sauté the chopped onion. As soon as it softens slightly, add cream sauce;
- Let simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes;
- Place the fillet in a greased baking pan, pour over the cream sauce, and bake for 30 minutes;
- Serve the fish garnished with parsley and boiled baby potatoes with dill.
