Hake fillet in cream sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kg hake fillet;
  • 3 onions;
  • 2 cups white wine;
  • 40 g of unsalted butter;
  • 50 g of almond meal;
  • 1 tbsp. mustard;
  • a few sticks of parsley, finely chopped;
  • ½ tbsp. ground black pepper;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • salt to taste;
  • 5 bay leaves;
  • 10 grains of pepper

Directions

  1. Marinate the fish for 30 minutes in 1 cup of white wine, salt, bay leaf, and allspice;
  2. Preheat the oven to 300℉;
  3. In a container, mix cream, mustard, black pepper, salt, 1 cup of wine, and ground almonds;
  4. Heat the oil in a pan and briefly sauté the chopped onion. As soon as it softens slightly, add cream sauce;
  5. Let simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes;
  6. Place the fillet in a greased baking pan, pour over the cream sauce, and bake for 30 minutes;
  7. Serve the fish garnished with parsley and boiled baby potatoes with dill.
