Ingredients
- 500 g all purpose flour;
- 280 ml warm water;
- 15 g fresh yeast;
- ½ tbsp sugar;
- 80 ml extra virgin olive oil;
- 1 tbsp sea salt;
- 1 tbsp fenugreek powder;
- 2 tbsp dry basil or rosemary;
- Sunflower, sesame or maw seeds for decoration.
Directions
- Knead a dow and let it rise for 1h;
- Roll the sticks and sprinkle seeds;
- Spread them on baking paper;
- Bake at 220℃ for 15 minutes
