Grissini (breadsticks)

Ingredients

  • 500 g all purpose flour;
  • 280 ml warm water;
  • 15 g fresh yeast;
  • ½ tbsp sugar;
  • 80 ml extra virgin olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp sea salt;
  • 1 tbsp fenugreek powder;
  • 2 tbsp dry basil or rosemary;
  • Sunflower, sesame or maw seeds for decoration.

Directions

  1. Knead a dow and let it rise for 1h;
  2. Roll the sticks and sprinkle seeds;
  3. Spread them on baking paper;
  4. Bake at 220℃ for 15 minutes
