Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimps;
    1 tbsp dried oregano;
    2 lemons;
    4 tbsps olive oil;
    Sea salt;
    Black pepper.

Directions

  1. Peel, devein, rinse, and pat dry shrimp and transfer to large mixing bowl;
  2. Sprinkle with dried oregano, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper to taste;
  3. Grill outdoors for three minutes on each side or until cooked through, or sear in skillet or grill pan on the stove;
  4. Serve over your favorite salad;
  5. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
