Grilled Salmon

Ingredients

  • 600 g salmon fillet;
  • 4 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 4 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • ½ tsp salt;
  • 1 handful of bay leaves.

Directions

  1. Slice the fillet into portions;
  2. Lightly rub the salt and the spices;
  3. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil;
  4. Wrap well and leave to marinate for at least a few hours, preferably overnight;
  5. Preheat grill (oven) well to 400-420℉ and roast for 10-12 minutes;
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes.

Notes

Other good spices to use with salmon are:

  • pepper (black or white);
  • paprika (sweet or hot);
  • thyme;
  • dill;
  • basil;
  • rosemary
