Ingredients

  • 2 cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled;
  • 6 cloves garlic;
  • 1 tbsp olive oil;
  • 1 pinch salt.

Directions

  1. Place the ingredients in a small food processor or blender and process into a smooth paste;
  2. Don’t forget to scrape down the sides of the processor as needed.
