Approach boiling water and melted ingredients with caution and use proper protective equipment;
If you store the finished product in a glass container (I recommend avoiding plastics), it is particularly important that it is pre-heated so it would not shatter when in contacy with the hot oils;
Once filled, allow the container to cool down at normal room temperature. No refrigeration required
Ingredients
100 ml coconut oil;
50 ml almond oil;
2 tbsp beeswax;
5 drops of essential oil lemon (or other favorite aroma)
1 drop of jojoba oil
Directions
Prepare the melting tools and load them with water to the appropriate level;
Add the oils and beeswax to melt the water bath;
When the water boils, reduce the heat and let it simmer;
When all the ingredients melt, stir lightly and pour in a storage container;
Add the essential oils and stir again;
Leave it to cool down
Notes
Jojoba oil is a natural preservative, but is not a must-have;
If the scent of your base oils is sufficient, you can omit using essential oils;
The amount of beewax determines the density of the cream and the temperature at which it solidifies. Wintertime you may use less of it to make yhe cream softer
