Ingredients
- 450 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 ripe avocado
- Lemon to taste
- Salt to taste
Directions
- Wash and cut in halves the Brussels sprouts
- Cook them in 2 l of water for 15 minutes;
- Process the soft Brussels sprouts in a blender with avocado, lemon and salt to taste until smooth;
- Serve with herbs to taste.
