Ingredients
- 1 kg of cucumbers;
- 1 scallion;
- 1 spring garlic;
- 300 g sour cream;
- 1 tbsp. olive oil;
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
- 1 bunch of dill;
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Chop washed ingredients and place then in a food processor;
- Add salt, lemon juice and olive oil and pulse blend them for 1-2 minutes (until they liquify);
- Add sour cream until smooth;
- Serve cold with dill and olive oil sprinkled on top
