Cold cucumber dill soup

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of cucumbers;
  • 1 scallion;
  • 1 spring garlic;
  • 300 g sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • 1 bunch of dill;
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  1. Chop washed ingredients and place then in a food processor;
  2. Add salt, lemon juice and olive oil and pulse blend them for 1-2 minutes (until they liquify);
  3. Add sour cream until smooth;
  4. Serve cold with dill and olive oil sprinkled on top
