Better-than-Nutella chocolate spread

Ingredients

  • 250 g Hazelnut Tahini;
  • 60 g honey;
  • 30 g cocoa powder;
  • 100 g chocolate bar;
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil;
  • 1 tsp vanilla;
  • ½ tsp salt;
  • 50-100 ml water

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate at a water bath;
  2. Put tahini, honey, cocoa, salt, vanilla and butter in a blender and process until smooth;
  3. Add the melted chocolate to the mixture and blend it in again;
  4. Add water in portions and process again until you get the desired consistency;
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

  • The type of chocolate used it entirely up to your liking;
  • If you can't find hazelnut tahini, use 1 cup of roasted pre-peeled hazelnut
