Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 1½ cup flour;
- 1 tsp baking soda;
- ⅔ cup sugar;
- pinch os salt;
- 1 tbsp. flax seeds, grounded;
- 3 tbsp. water;
- 150 g coconut oil (melted or soft);
- 1 vanilla pod (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉;
- Mash the bananas, melt the butter (in a water bath), sift the flour and prepare an "egg" from the flaxseed and water;
- Mix the dry and liquid ingredients separately and finally knead them into a nice dough;
- Bake for 1 hour in a preheated oven
Notes
Alternatively:
- Instead of flaxseed you could use 1 egg;
- Instead of coconut oil you could use butter or olive oil.
